Ordering Your Versa Bags

Thank you for your interest in Versa Bag!
We’re excited to help you create custom bags designed specifically for your cabinet door samples. Below is a step-by-step overview of how to place your order. If you have any questions after reviewing this information, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Step 1: Choose Bag Style
 

We offer three bag configurations based on the number of compartments:

  • SINGLE – 1 compartment

  • DOUBLE – 2 compartments

  • TRIPLE – 3 compartments

Let us know how many bags you’d like to order and how many compartments each should have.

 

Step 2: Provide Door Sample Dimensions
 

To ensure a perfect fit, please provide the following for your door samples:

  • Length

  • Width

  • Thickness
     

We construct each bag based on these measurements. A one-time pattern-making fee of $30.00 applies for each unique set of dimensions.

Also, let us know how many doors you plan to carry in each compartment. We recommend one door per compartment to avoid overcrowding and ensure ease of use.

 

Step 3: Select Handle Type

 

Choose the handle style that best suits your needs:
 

  • Regular Handle – Sewn directly into the side seam ($7.00 per handle)

  • Wrapped Handle – Material wraps fully around the bag for added strength ($16.00 per handle)
    Recommended for heavier loads.

     

Step 4: Add Your Logo Optional
 

Personalize your bags with your embroidered company logo:
 

  • Send us a PDF of your logo

  • We’ll get a quote from our embroidery partner based on the stitch count

  • A one-time digitizing fee applies to convert your logo for embroidery

  • A per-bag embroidery fee will also apply
     

If this is your first logo order with us, we’ll send you a “sewout”—a stitched sample of your logo on our fabric in your chosen thread colors—for your approval before production begins.
 

Step 5: Shipping Details
 

Please provide the bill and shipping address so we can estimate shipping costs.

 

Quote & Production Timeline
 

Once we have all your specifications, we’ll email you a detailed quote (valid for 30 days). After you approve the quote, we’ll send you an invoice via QuickBooks with payment options.
 

A down payment of 50% (or more) is required to begin production.

We accept checks by mail, which is our preferred method of payment.

 

After we receive your down payment, your order will be placed in our production lineup. We aim to complete orders within 8 weeks, but this timeline may vary based on current production volume.
